What you’ll be doing:
Handling platform issues through multi-channel customer requests and queries
Maintaining the queue and making sure tickets are closed
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure resolution
Developing new and existing customer relationships
Identifying and interpreting patterns and errors in data sets
What you need:
Experience in a support role
IT savvy – no need to be a wizard, some training is provided
Excellent communication skills – ability to really connect and collaborate with people
Bags of initiative and the aptitude to take control of your own environment
Up to 35k depending on experience.
