Do you have the desire to build an app from the ground up? Well, this role will see you join an early-stage start-up building a simplified checkout experience allowing receipts directly to your banking app. No paper to track down, no receipts to worry about, making life easier to keep accounts in order. They are backed by some of the Middle East's best tech VCs and investors and are determined to put down roots in Bahrain to create a MENA hub in the Kingdom.
The Challenge
You jump in at the ground level of this fast-growing company lead the development of the mobile SDK for financial institutions and hand in hand with the CTO and head of engineering to shape the future of this company.
Who you are
You've 5 years of experience building out native iOS or Android apps.
You love to solve complex problems and the idea of building out an app from the ground up.
You've built out SDKs at scale and you have a strong interest in UX design.
You are a self-starter.

The Tech Stack
-Cloud-based, AWS-hosted, and Infrastructure as Code at our core.
-native mobile SDKs with Swift (IOS) and Kotlin (Android).
-AWS serverless technologies such as API Gateway, ALBs, Lambda, Kinesis, SNS and SQS.
-Backend services are primarily TypeScript and NodeJS containers running in Fargate and EKS.
-Data stored in DynamoDB, AWS Aurora (Postgres) and S3
